My Review of Brown's Manassas VW:
I was thoroughly pleased. My experience was quick, efficient, and I got a good deal! The staff was professional, extremely knowledgable, and efficient -- to make this the best car-buying experience I've ever had. (and having raised 2 daughters, there have been many!)<br><br>I read this website before going to Brown's, and saw the &quot;bad&quot; sales rating. Then I went back to the Brown's website to find that all of the issues raised in that rating were addressed on the website. <br><br>Consumers have a responsibility to themselves to be prepared, and I don't think those people were.<br><br>I feel I did enough on-line research before calling Brown's that made me very comfortable that I got the right deal -- at the right place!

My Review of Brown's Manassas VW:
Dealer would not honor internet pricing recieved through VW website. Dealer website has caviat that pricing does not include tax, tags, processing and freight, plus includes $1000 VW incentive. VW website only has internet price.<br>Manager did everything but ask me and my wife to leave including accusing us of being deceiptful and dishonest because we asked him to honor the internet price from VW. Lowballed trade in by $1200 from Kelly Blue Book to force me to leave.<br>You expect salesmen and managers to be dishonest to make the maximum $$ on the sale.

My Review of Brown's Manassas VW:
They dont call you back, nor do they tell you if they are going to charge you.. for example i went in because my headlighs lowbeams didnt work, they fixed a switch and replaced the bulbs at 21.00 each, then charged me 76.00 for labor, i had replaced the bulbs before and it took me a 1/2 hour and the cost was about 20.00 for the bulbs. they are a rip off cheating vw service shop. dont trust them!
