They provided advice, guidance, and extensive knowledge on all aspects of the research and buying process. They went the extra mile to make sure we came to a mutual agreement and it was hands down the best dealership I have been to. I have to give a special shoutout to Miguel for his attention to detail and overall knowledge of the vehicles. Before I visited, he had the car I had an eye on fully cleaned, with a full gas tank. After purchase, I received a full internal and external overview, he hand-switched my plates, took the classic "I just got a new car" picture of me (I was alone) and even got the sticker marks off of the windows. We had our oil changed at Brown’s Toyota on December 17 and had to have the car towed back to the dealership due to engine warning light turning on and an excessive oil leak! The service department provided poor customer service and NO apology for their mistake! They stated the oil filter was not installed properly! The service desk was very rude when I asked them to ensure the engine bay would be cleaned due to the oil spray! When I asked to speak to the service manager, he was not available, nor did he return my call! More
