Absolutely horrible experience. They lied about the milage on a vehicle I asked 6 times to make sure was accurate. Then show up to see a new car with 92 miles on it that I was told They lied about the milage on a vehicle I asked 6 times to make sure was accurate. Then show up to see a new car with 92 miles on it that I was told had 8 and currently showed 8 on website. The salesman had the nerve to tell me it was NEVER test driven even though it was filthy and had dirt everywhere. Then lied and said a manager had driven this NEW car from another state to there. No dealership in the world would put 80 miles on a new car instead of using freight shipping. It was a giant waste of time and was lied to and mislead from the call center all the way to showing up and even after. Me and my fiance have bought several new cars and this was the biggest con show of a dealership I've seen yet. If there was any decent people here there clearly gone now. Just be aware they will bait n switch you and insult you even further by trying to pressure you into what they can sell you, ignoring everything they already lied to you about. If this was the new cars I would be horrified to see how they are with there used cars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! More

I just walked out of the Bruce Bennett dealership after being a loyal customer for 16 years. They told me that the dealership ripped me off for $25k and that happened from previous staff that was fired 6 being a loyal customer for 16 years. What a racket and I will be getting my lawyer involved. The representative told me I would be better off driving the car into the lake or making it disappear. Stay away! More
