My Review of Bruce Titus Automotive Group:
I had to insist that the service dept check out a transmission problem in a new Chrysler 300m that I had bought from this dealer less that a month before. I was told that the transmission was in a learning mode and that I would have to "live with" the problem. The problem was finally resolved by taking the car to another Chrysler dealer that was located 25 miles away who replace the transmission front pump. This was done after the body of the car had been damaged by the service department and the 3 attempts to repair the damage yielded a spot repair that had the texture of 400 grit sandpaper. Totally inappropriate for a brand new $40K car with less than 1000 miles! The gouge, which was through the color coat and into the soft bumper cover cost me over $700 to have repaired correctly.
