My Review of Brunswick Acura:
First of all I stood in the showroom for about 15 minutes before someone came to ask If I was being helped( first mistake). I wanted a quote on my Acura TL 2006, I still have over a year left on my lease....I wanted to inquiry If they buy the remaining lease, I wanted to purchase a used one. First, I got the run around, then the general manager came out and told me he could get me a new 2009 but my payments would be higher than I'm paying now. Basically, the bottom line they didn't want to buy back the car. It seems this car dealer doesn't understand the concept of working with people. I would never go to this dealer or advise anyone I know to use it.....I took my business elsewhere.

My Review of Brunswick Acura:
I would never go back to this dealer, even if they had the exact car I wanted. I had cash in hand for the entire car, not for financing and they were not willing to take more than $200 off the price of the vehicle, which isn't much on a $20,000 car. The price advertised online was $18,995 for the car I was going in to look at. They came back at me saying that the car was $21,995 once I got there but that they could "let it go" for $19,995. Meanwhile, we were standing next to the newspaper ad from that weekend with the same car listed for $18,990. Their idea of a deal is telling you a higher price than the vehicle is advertised at and then taking some money off of that. They kept us there for a long time telling us how they are losing money on this car, how its certified and they can't take any more money off. They were also not up front about the condition of the car as it had been in an accident, they neglected to tell us that until I asked to see the CarFax printed out.
