My Review of Bryan Pontiac-Cadillac-Honda:
I would not reccomend this Dealership to anyone. I was involved in a collision and thought the dealership would be the best place since I did have a Honda and the other insurance company was paying. They tried telling me that Owe them money for parts I never gave them permission to fix not related to the accident. When the telephone survey people called to rate the business I gave them 1's on everything and thats when all the headaches started. They gave me the run around when my car was going to be ready, didn't fix everything they were suppose to even though they still got paid from the other insurance company, the back end of my car is 2 different colors, and to top it all off when I came to pick my car up, My radio was missing and so were my chrome pedals. Their answer for that was it must have been stolen when it was at the tow yard. I seen it with my own eyes in there when I went to sign for them to work on my car. And to top that off, they had my car for over a month and it still looks like crap. The manager wasn't very friendly because I gave them a 1 on the telephone survey. I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone!!! They are money hungry and do a poor quality of work!!!

My Review of Bryan Pontiac-Cadillac-Honda:
Honestly, the first few times I visited Bryan Honda, I did not leave with a good feeling. The sales associates were pushy (she wanted me to leave my sleeping child in my car to test drive one of theirs) and one even lied to me. We had secured a price at $300 over invoice for a Honda Civic through our bank at another dealership in Durham, but decided to give Bryan one more shot, since they were local and it was getting late on a Saturday evening.
We were greeted by the salesman, Joe Davis, who completely turned our opinion of Bryan Honda around. We did not know that the dealership was closing, and he never let us know that. He took his time to show us the car that we wanted. Although we had researched the car and knew that it was the Civic that we wanted, he demonstrated features that we were not aware of. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and even had us lock him in the trunk to demonstrate the release latch.
It was a chilly night, and even though they were "closed", we never felt rushed. We told Mr. Davis about about secured price. He presented it to his manager and the price was accepted. Joe Davis took the time to go through the paperwork and handbooks with us, treating us with the utmost respect and courtesy. He personally followed us the gas station, where he filled our tank full of gas before he went home for the evening.
I recommend Mr. Joe Davis if you go into Bryan Honda. He should be in charge of customer service and satisfaction at that dealership. Request him by name...you won't be sorry!

I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! Other than the my sales representative, David Collins, the other representatives I encountered ... Quincy and Lorenzo ... they were money hungry and frauds. I should have researced the establishment prior to visiting.

My Review of Bryan Pontiac-Cadillac-Honda:
This is the second time I visited this dealership. The First time was about 5 yeas ago to purchase a new Pontiac Vibe, I left Frustrated and angry. I was driving thru the lot today and seen a great price on a Honda Ridgeline this time for $28495 original Price was $33670 so I decided to give them another chance. Everything went fine until it came to my trade in. I currently (and still) own a 2006 Hyundai Sonata LX. It has 19000 miles on it and in absolute mint condition. I asked them if they used Kelly Blue Book or NADA and they told me NADA. According to the NADA my car is worth $15340. They cam back and tried to offer me only $11800 and did something I have come to call “Dealership Magic Math” because only at a dealership dose this math make any since. After 2 hours of bickering they would not give me more for my car and actually upped the price of the Ridgeline by over $2000. I finally had enough of the cat and mouse game and demanded my keys, which at first they would not give me until I told them I would call the Police for False imprisonment and theft of my current car. Then they finally gave me my keys and I left feeling dirty. This Dealership is underhanded, uses low down dirty and absolutely slimy sales tactics designed to wear the buyer down and frustrate and confuse them until they really don’t know what is going on anymore. They tell there Sales people to put together personal pictures and try and connect with the buyer on a deeper more personal level so you don’t or can’t say no to them. Then when your on your way out from all the frustration, the sales person gets all sad and asking you if they did something wrong and asking you if your leaving because you don’t like them. It’s never been about the sales person in both of my times at this dealership. It’s always been the Sales Manager behind the scenes and hiding from the buyer without any direct contact that I have left. I would NEVER recommend this Dealership to anyone EVER!

My Review of Bryan Pontiac-Cadillac-Honda:
I included criticism in my last comment. This woman, Sharonda Ferguson is now harrassing me for my opinion and the fact that I was not treated well at the dealership. I hope she dosn't speak for the dealership, because Gary Weinbarger did a good job of making me a satisfied customer. Now Ms. Ferguson has to taint it by send me foul mouthed messages. People like this should be banned from your website. Hope she doesn't work customer service. I refuse to be harrassed by someone I don't even know.

My Review of Bryan Pontiac-Cadillac-Honda:
I called and asked to have my Cadillac Catera towed to their dealership and Eddy said that they don't service Catera's anymore. So I brought it to another service provider. It cost me $482 and still was not running right. They said that only a Cadillac dealership can service the car. So I asked a friend about it and she told me to insist on getting it serviced at Bryan Cadillac. In this time since the first breakdown of the vehicle (which was repaired by Bryan just 6 months ago) over $1,000 in car rental fees. Eddy calls me this morning at 10 and says the car is ready for pickupand tells me the battery is dead. I told him I think there is more to it and asked to check some other things out. So he had it checked out. Now he's telling me it will cost $489.19 for repairs to the Catera. I am absolutely dumbfounded. I'm not trying to get free repairs, however some of this was just replaced in August or should have been. They have NEVER given me the car back where it was running at 100%.

My Review of Bryan Pontiac-Cadillac-Honda:
I agree with the comment listed below the sales rep was quite "boogie" and for no reason. She made it seem as if she was doing me a favor. No thankyou I would rather drive the extra 10-20 miles and be treated with espect rather than a bother. Bryan Cadillac really need to check their standards.
