My Review of Bryan Pontiac-Cadillac-Honda:
I called and asked to have my Cadillac Catera towed to their dealership and Eddy said that they don't service Catera's anymore. So I brought it to another service provider. It cost me $482 and still was not running right. They said that only a Cadillac dealership can service the car. So I asked a friend about it and she told me to insist on getting it serviced at Bryan Cadillac. In this time since the first breakdown of the vehicle (which was repaired by Bryan just 6 months ago) over $1,000 in car rental fees. Eddy calls me this morning at 10 and says the car is ready for pickupand tells me the battery is dead. I told him I think there is more to it and asked to check some other things out. So he had it checked out. Now he's telling me it will cost $489.19 for repairs to the Catera. I am absolutely dumbfounded. I'm not trying to get free repairs, however some of this was just replaced in August or should have been. They have NEVER given me the car back where it was running at 100%.

My Review of Bryan Pontiac-Cadillac-Honda:
I agree with the comment listed below the sales rep was quite "boogie" and for no reason. She made it seem as if she was doing me a favor. No thankyou I would rather drive the extra 10-20 miles and be treated with espect rather than a bother. Bryan Cadillac really need to check their standards.

My Review of Bryan Pontiac-Cadillac-Honda:
We just purchased a 2007 Honda Civic manual transmission from Bryan Honda. They offered us the best price for a vehicle that was very hard to locate. We drove from Cary, NC to pick it up. The salesman had everything ready for us as soon as we arrived. The car had just been cleaned and we took it for a test drive. It was great. They went out of their way to explain everthing to us. The dealer did everything they could to make us happy, including fixing a small interior blemish. We are very happy with our new car and we definetely recommend Bryan Honda.

My Review of Bryan Pontiac-Cadillac-Honda:
My experience was brief but I went to test drive a Civic Hybrid. I wanted some info on how it worked. The individual who supposedly wanted to sell this automobile did not know very much about the car. I found myself explaining the IMA " Integrated Motor Assist" to the salesperson. They didn't even know what the letters "IMA" meant. This may be only one person but in my mind it reflects the standard management accepts. They then made me wait 20 minutes to get forms for personal information after being repeatedly told I wasn't interested. It wasn't their persistence that bothered me but if you want it you better not make me wait. They were friendly through-out the visit, but I don't think this is negotiable and it really wasn't considered in my overall assessment. Bottomline: Know the product before pretending to care about the customer.
