I just brought a Suzuki XL-7. These guys are great. You do not feel intimated or pressured to buy. They worked with me to get the price within my budget. I even received free gas. When was the last time you went to buy a car and enjoyed the experience so much you can't wait to buy your next one so you can go back there. They made me laugh all day. The way they interact with you and each other puts you at eaze. I'm telling all my friends and family to buy from the Buck County Auto Outlet.

we had our car serviced here and inspected and have been very happy with the service we received. the cost was reasonable and they are really upfront and don't give you that normal runaround you get at many places. this is place you want to give a shot to for your business.

MY HUSBAND AND I BOUGHT OUR SON HIS FIRST CAR 5 YAERS AGO AND THAT CAR HAS NOT HAD ONE PROBLEM EXCEPT FOR REPLACING OIL AND TIRES THRU THE YEARS. OUR DAUGHTER NOW NEEDED A CAR AND BOBBY DID NOT HAVE WHAT SHE WANTED... BUT HE WENT UP AND BEYOND THE CALL AND LOCATED THE CAR SHE ABSOLUTLEY COULD NOT LIVE WITHOUT AND TOO BOOT.. GOT HER THE COLOR SHE WANTED WHICH WAS NOT AN EASY TASK. HE IS A TOTAL PRINCE AND WE WILL KEEP REFERRING BUSINESS TO HIM ANY WAY WE CAN. WE CAN TELL YOU THAT WE ARE ALL HIS BIGGEST FANS!! AS MY DAUGHTER WOULD SAY " YOU ROCK "

I referred a friend recently to bucks county auto, only because it was the best experience i ever had when i purchased a used car for my son. I always dealt with bob burns and told my friend to ask for him. When I told bob what type of car I was looking for, he did not have it at the time, but to my surprise he had called me 2 days later and said he found it for me. So my son and I took a ride kind of expecting to find it was not exactly what we wanted or out of our price range. To our surprise the car was absolutley what my son wanted, and then I thought ... ok, how much more will this be. Bob Burns told me not to worry and he would do anything it took to make this an affordable car for my son.. and in fact he did. The payment was right on the money and so was Bucks county auto outlet! I believe he went up and beyond the call of professionalism, and turned out to be one of the funniest guys I had the pleasure of dealing with. My son has now had this car for 4 years and the only monies we had to put into it was oil changes and inspection. I was a skeptic on used car dealers, but Bob Burns thru my theory right out the window. We cant thank him enough, and will keep referring all our friends to him. He is a man of his word.

Great guys - just help you without trying to hurt you! They listen & put you in a car that you can afford. Took care of my son & my wife regarding vehicles that they needed.

I was looking for car for my daughter who is a new driver. I wasn't sure what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend or what was a reasonable car in regard to high insurance costs for young drivers.

The customer service I recieved was outstanding. I was not pressured and was given suggestions, went out on test drives and was given ALOT of patience until a decision was made. Not only was I pleased but my daughter was as well. A perfect match! Thank you!

I was looking for a nice used car at a great price. Not only was I able to find a nice used car but it was a GREAT deal. I paid less than half of Kelly Blue Book list price and was treated like a friend and not a "target". I have bought many used cars in the past and have never been treated better. My next used car will be from here....and yours should too!!

I really enjoyed my experience at Bucks County auto outlet. The sales man was very nice and didn't pressure me at all. As a single woman shopping for my son's first car it was becoming draining dealing with various dealerships. When a friend recommended Bucks I decided to give it a try. I received a great deal without any headaches, it was really appreciated. In fact shortly after the purchase of my son's Jeep I went back to Bobby Burns and bought an older Mercedes for my daughter. I would highly recommend that you see Bobby Burns at Bucks auto he made me a great deal on both my son and daughter's cars. My son really enjoys his jeep and my daughter is thrilled with her Mercedes.

This is my 3rd purchase from Bucks County Auto Outlet and I will continue to use them again. Bobby always makes sure to provide good customer service. My father used to take his car and my moms for many many years to Burns Sr for service and he brought me to the Jr.'s for my 1st car purchase. I had a great experience so I came back on my own when I needed a new car. Peg in finance is awesome and she really has her act together. I cannot thank her enough for her honesty and her straight forwardness. I could not have asked for a better experience. I am always seeing cars on the road bought from Burns Auto Group and I am sure they are just as happy as I am.
