My Review of Bud Brown Dodge:
WHEN I INITIALLY CALLED FOR INFORMATION REGARDING A TUNE UP I SPOKE WITH CHRISTIN. SHE QUOTED A PRICE AND EXPLAINED ALL THAT A TUNE UP ENTAILS. WHEN WE DROVE 45 MINS AWAY TO GET TO THIS DEALERSHIP WE WERE TOLD THAT THE TUNE UP WOULD COST MORE THAN THE QUOTED PRICE AND THEY DID NOT PERFORM ALL THE SERVICE THAT CHRISTIN TOLD US IT WOULD. WE LEFT THE VEHICLE WITH THEM AND REQUESTED THEM TO KEEP US INFORMED OF THE STATUS. WE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL TO LET US KNOW THE VEHICLE WAS READY TO BE PICKED UP. WHEN I CALLED FOR STATUS CHRISTIN SOUNDED BOTHERED THAT I WANTED A TIME FRAME OF WHEN SERVICE WOULD BE COMPLETE. I CALLED BACK AGAIN 3 HOURS LATER AND SPOKE TO TRAVIS. I ASKED PROBING QUESTIONS AS TO THE STATUS OF MY VEHICLE AND ALL HE OFFERED WAS THAT IS WAS READY TO BE PICKED UP. THERE WERE NO NOTES OF WHAT SERVICE WAS DONE TO MY VEHICLE. HE JUST SENT ME IN TO THE CASHIER TO PAY AND I WAS GIVEN A RECEIPT WITH JUST A PRICE. I EXPECTED MORE FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER (TRAVIS) THAN WHAT I GOT. AT THIS POINT I HAVE NO EVIDENCE THAT A TUNE UP WAS EVER PERFORMED ON MY VEHICLE. I COULD HAVE GONE TO AN INDEPENDENT OR TO A DEALERSHIP THAT WAS MUCH CLOSER TO MY HOME. INSTEAD I OPTED TO DRIVE FARTHER FOR THE REPUTATION OF BUD BROWN DEALERSHIP. WHAT A MISTAKE!
