My Review of Bud Eyre Toyota:
I have bought cars from this dealership for the past 30 years. Their professionalism always astounds me. I am always given the price that I want no matter what model I am purchasing. Their friendliness is unlike any other dealer I have experienced either.

I have had all my cars serviced at this dealership also. They give me an honest opinion of all repairs - giving me the choice of which route to go with my repairs. In service they are always friendly. I am always alerted if repairs will be more than the estimate; however, this has only happened once.

And, my car is always washed and cleaned inside before it is returned to me!

The technicians and sales staff are great! Highly recommend this dealer.

My Review of Bud Eyre Toyota:
Went in for a 50,000 warranty service. They wrote up work for a 100,000 mile service (which was more work=more $$). When I pointed out what work was needed (via the owner's service manual), I was told "In this area, you really need the extra service." I passed on the "extras."

They also charged me for rotating my tires. When I asked how they were able to do that, since I had the key for the locking lug nuts in my pocket, the service guy said, "I guess we got lucky." I paid for the "service" and haven't stopped by since.

My Review of Bud Eyre Toyota:
I just wish there was a lower number to grade these folks. It's been over a year and a half since I took mk my car to them. I won't take it back to them. I took my car in for a check engine light. It took them a week to fix my car. There incompetence amazes me. I had extended warranty and I still had to pay out of pocket. They tried to get over on me a couple of times. When I found out I didn't have to take my car to them, I didn't. They will never get my business again. I don't know about their sales department, but their service department fails in all of the categories above. I had a friend that had to make a phone call to GMAC for these people to unscrew what they did. I'm going to stop now, my blood pressure rises everytime I think about this dealership and what they do to people around here. Numerous complaits have been made to the BBB about them. They have a bad rating with the BBB, also.
