Ralph went above and beyond to get the vehicle I wanted. He had it shipped in from New Jersey. He succeeded where three other dealerships failed. I highly recommend Ralph and the Smail dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Two thumbs up!

I came to Bud Smail ford to look at options for purchasing a new vehicle. I test drove the 3 options I was interested in and decided the ford edge was the car I wanted. I would like to say thank you to Bill Cline , my sales representative, for being so helpful and thorough. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and explained the options that came with the new car. He really did a good job. I was very satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend this dealership to everyone.

I went to look at a first time car and the experience of buying a car was all I hoped it would be. The salesman that helped find the perfect car for me was Nate Cunningham and he did a fantastic job! He was a great listener and also gave me great feedback and what he thought of the cars. He was honest, relaxed, and someone that was very enjoyable to work with. Very different from many I had seen before. He went out of his way to make sure I as a customer was satisfied. I would recommend this car dealership to anyone!

My experience with Bud Smail Ford was a very good one because they were understanding of my time constraints in having a family at home and working. They permitted me to borrow a vehicle to take home and shoe my husband, because he was home with the children.
