My Review Of Buerkle Acura:

I purchased a brand new 2002 Acura 3.2TL from your dealership 11 years ago, so I am a return customer. I loved that car! I have often dreaded purchasing a car because it can be a miserable experience with pushy car salesmen. This car purchase experience was the best I have ever had! I spoke to AJ Schmucker on the phone in Dec to get some info on the new models. I was not ready to buy at that time. AJ did not hound me and that alone made me eager to come into your dealership. Addam Luce is the one who showed me the TSX last week and I was also impressed with his non-pushy approach. When I told Addam that I wanted something similar to the Acura 3.2TL I had, he took me right to the TSX. I was hesitant because it is a 4 cylinder and my Acura was a 6, but he immeditely explained that it is now just as powerful and would get better gas mileage and I was pleased with the price. AJ and Addam are very knowledgeable of the Acura brand and models and are a pure delight to work with. Jeff Bock helped me with the paperwork for purchase and I also appreciate his non-pushy approach for the extras (i.e. extended warranty, etc). Of all the dealerships and car salesmen I've dealt with, your dealership and these 3 guys stand out as the best! No one has to sell me on Acura, because my Acura 3.2TL proved to me that Acura is the best on the market. I drove my TSX home last night and I was enjoying it so much that I almost drove to Texas! I will definitely tell others of my amazing experience! Thank you all for making it so pleasant. I also appreciate the continued customer service and will happily return to your dealership as needed throughout the lifetime of my TSX! Your dealership has has truly MASTERED the customer service experience! I never dreamed I would ever see anything like this at a car dealership in my lifetime! It is one thing to love the car you buy and bonus to thoroughly enjoy the experience!

Rick was very enjoyable to work with. He wasn't at all pushy, he was very knowledgable and didn't try to hide anything regarding the used car we were looking at and eventually purchased. When it came time to make an offer he was very fair.

My Review Of Buerkle Acura:

I coordinated a visit to the dealer to test drive a car I was certain I was going to purchase that day. Of course I had already done all the comparisons online, looked at photos, built the model I was interested in their website, calculated my finances & payments, and was highly familiar with the car going in. All that was missing was testing the performance of the car itself. When I got there, I was treated as though I had never looked at the car before. Ted asked me if he could show me the showroom model because "it was cold outside." I obliged and he showed me all the features (many of which I already had, most of the rest I knew about). After his demonstration was complete, he offered to go get the keys so I could test-drive the particular car I came for and took my license. He returned about 5 minutes later with my license and informed me that they don't do test drives on that particular model specifically because it was a stick-shift and that they want to keep it low mileage for whoever the purchaser may be in the future. By this point, I had enough. His next question was, "What is your time frame?" Since I was tired of dealing with him assuming I was there to ogle (because I couldn't afford, or because I was young or whatever his reluctance may have been), I said 3 to 6 months and gave some excuse why I wasn't able to trade. He did eventually grab the key and let me sit in it since it was right next to where I had parked outside. It was such a cold experience (not referring to temperature).

I was so displeased with my visit that I had traveled across the metro for, that I decided I would not be purchasing the car I intended to. To spend as much as the cost of a car, I should have been treated better from a dealer selling luxury cars. I deserve better. I hope all of the Acura salesmen aren't as reluctant to sell a car!

Ironically, I stopped at the Subaru dealer down the block to ogle in the showroom after I left the Acura dealer, and there I was treated respectably from the moment I walked in the door. I left wanting the sports car in the showroom. Since a sports car doesn't meet all of my needs, I didn't buy it, but I could have and may still when summer rolls around.

I have bought two vehicles from Buerkle, with the most recent purchase of an Acura TSX Sport Wagon. The experience of each purchase was enhanced by the unmatched competence, product knowledge and attention to detail of Mark Schiller, the Sales Representative. All commitments of Buerkle were honored in full. During the six years that I have done business with this dealership, the entire sales and service staff have demonstrated the highest level of customer service and integrity. Over the more than 45 years that I have bought cars, I can say without reservation that Buerkle has provided the best buying experience.

My Review Of Buerkle Acura:

I was searching for a used car and had my search narrowed down to two: Honda Accord and Nissan Altima. I did a search on Yahoo Autos and I saw that Acura had the most beautiful 2011 Honda Accord I had found yet! I went to the dealership with my husband and met Andy Phan almost immediately upon arrival. I told him what car I was interested in and in less than 5 minutes the car was pulled up to the door waiting for a test drive. Andy was very friendly and didn't pressure us at all. He understood we were just "doing our homework" on the two types of cars before we thought seriously about purchasing. Because of Andy's great customer service, we went back a week later and bought the car...and I have been loving it ever since! Thanks to Andy and the Acura service staff for a great car-buying experience!

Mark Schiller is a valuable asset to Buerkle Accura. He treated us with the utmost care, listening carefully to what we were looking for, and ultimately found us the exact automobile. He was very professional and went out of his way to make sure our vehicle was perfect at delivery and with subsequent phone calls and cards make sure we were still enjoying our driving experience with our TSX.
We will definitely continue our relationship with Buerkle and with Mark Schiller when we need a new vehicle.

My Review Of Buerkle Acura:

I have purchased cars at Buerkle Acura for years and have found the experiences to be positive, and enlightening without any pressure. Mark Schiller is very knowledgeable, not only about his Acura products, but the competitions' as well. Additionally, I don't remember ever having to take my car back for servicing because something was missed. The service dept is very thorough and keeps me up to date on everything. I recommend this dealership to my friends and associates, and feel 100% comfortable in doing so.

My Review Of Buerkle Acura:

I am the owner of 2 restaurants. I run the business while my husband takes care of things like the cars, kids, etc. I knew it was time to trade in my MDX (which I love) for a new one, but I was hesitant because my husband was not with me when I went in for service. I happen to meet Sara. It was so refreshing to talk to a woman that knew what the needs are of a professional woman and mother. The Acura's have the best true cost to own, the highest resale value, and the most luxury and technology for your money you will find. Sara has class and style and she knows what is worth the money. And Acura is definitely it. Find Sara when you go to Acura, she is the best.
