My Review of Buerkle:
I contacted the dealership to order a new TL for my girlfriend, who doesn't like dealing with car dealerships. I drove the car, we agreed to pay full msrp. In the mean time, her brother requested a quote online through the Acura web site. When the quote came back at less than full msrp, about a $500 discount, I called Chris and said obviously you will honor this on our deal. His response was "we don't include destination charge in our internet quotes." Are they kidding? It's part of the build it and price it process. They then agreed to honor the price quote, but sent me paperwork to the contrary. They walked away from a $3000 gross with $1000 or more of accessories for $500 and were just plain rude about it. I could have cared less about the $500.00, but this is shady business practices to quote a car without the factory destination charge.
