My Review of Burchett Ford:
RAPE!!!!!! Can I say that?

I was from out of state (they thought, but I really was not) and my Expedition broke down. Minor. Shifter knob broke off. Oh, they could fix it alright! "just return in an hour and it'll be ready" Yeah it was ready and the bill was $178 for a very small plastic piece (maybe $1.39 but probably $19.97 from the network) that I found out was a 3 minute fix. It is a common part to break is why they just happen to have it in stock.

I paid them their $178.00 but I assure you that I will give the truck away before they will ever get to work on it again.
