My Review of Burien Honda:
I went into this dealership with intention to purchase a new vehicle with a trade in. When I went into the dealership my license was photocopied and I was given the car to drive by myself. When returning the salesman who was helping me was no where to be found I had to ask for him and no one could find him. When a new salesman was appointed to me and the paperwork was started the salesman began to insult my vehicle I had intended to trade claiming he had a bad feeling about it and that it was a grey market vehicle. He then threw a low ball figure when continuing the paperwork. I told him it was not necessary to continue if that was the the figure to work with. He then yelled and asked if I wanted him to work for me. After calling out his attitude he stood up grabbed the paperwork crumpled it up, threw it, and then threw a phone book across the room. After speaking with the manager who said he could not help us for a few hours we walked out to have the salesman sarcastically say "See ya" to us. I should have gotten a clue from my first impression, do not go to this dealership if you want to purchase a vehicle you'll end up insulted and with a headache.
