Paul was very friendly. He had a service representative ride with me in my car so he could hear the noise that my car was making. Upon returning the service department immediately took my car into the ser ride with me in my car so he could hear the noise that my car was making. Upon returning the service department immediately took my car into the service area even though I had no appointment scheduled. Paul checked on me several times in the waiting area while my car was being serviced. My car was lubed and brakes were adjusted. The noise is gone! More
