Bought a Ford Explore in 06. There has been different things wrong with it off and on but this is the second time I have taken it in for the rear end roaring. Never before was I told that the rear end was over hauled before I ever bought it as a new car. They have been rude and very questionable about what is under warranty. The rear seat belt is extended out fully and will not retract back in but they say thats not a warranty item.The rear passenger window only works sometimes and I have had them fix it before but it still did not work.I wouldn't send no one there to buy anything!

I bought a new mazda RX-8 when they took mazda from planet mazda for $35k. Well my test drive was around the block going 35 mph(traffic), but I like the way the car looked and felt so I bought it. One week later I have water in my oil, brakes screaming, engine rattleing. they say everything is normal and checks ok. well 3 months later I want to trade it in on a new mustang gt and they say they will only give me $21k for the car adn the car only has 5,000 miles. They were very rude about the whole situation and told me I was stuck what I'm in.

My Review of Butch Oustalet Ford Inc:
I was quoted a price of $1800 for complete replacement of all brake lines. The total bill amaounted to nearly $2000, but on inspection I found that only the lines to the rear wheels had been replaced. The lines to the front wheels were untouched. The lines that were replaced were left contacting the frame in several areas, necessitating a return appointment to correct the shoddy work. The service manager has refused to honor the original quote and has told me that I must pay another $650 if I want the front brake lines replaced. I am forced to dispute the charges on my credit card and will need to bring the dealership to small claims court if I hope to obtain satisfaction. On the bright side, however, they did rent me a car to drive for the two weeks that they kept my car in the shop.
