My Review of Butler Ford Mercury:
I have never dealt with such an outstanding dealership in my 40 years of driving! EVERYONE, from the general manager to the office manager to the sales and service staffs to the salesroom receptionist, is courteous and friendly. I recently had an experience involving the repair of a vehicle supplied by my employer, and Butler not only diagnosed and repaired the problem speedily and at a competitive price, but also went "above and beyond" to supply extraordinary customer service. I initially intended to get an estimate at the dealer and then go elsewhere for the repair, but they were so efficient and so courteous that I changed my mind. You can bet that when I buy my next personal vehicle, or company vehicle, I will buy it at Butler Ford!

My Review of Butler Ford Mercury:
I took my Honda into their repair shop. They took three weeks to replace a window and repair some dings! Also, I got hit 6 months later. Foolishly, I took it to them a second time for an estimate. They were rude and tried to send me somewhere else because it was in the afternoon and they acted like they didn't want my business. I was looking for an SUV at the time. I will not being going there.
