My Review of Byers Chevrolet:
Our sales experience was positive, but the service department is best described as incompetent. First four oil changes were done poorly, suspension not lubed, oil filter not changed, overfilled oil. Then we went in for a coolant leak. They actually refused to repair this, under warranty. I assume the factory payment for this work is not enough for them to change the gaskets? How this place stays in business is beyond me. This was Byers Chevy of Dublin.
