I have never been so miss treated by a business. From the service department to the manager I have been nothing but lied to. My van has been in their service department for a month now waiting for an engine to be replaced. That their parts dept. forgot to order, but yet put all the blame on my insurance comp. in the mean time I have been charged over $200. For my rental & have a $500. Deductable to pay. They have offerd to now supply me with a rental now that my van is to be done in a couple days, but in all realty it's just another hassle to take back one rental to go pick up Another in complete different locations. Horrible service!!

The worst service and or business I have ever been associated with!! Customer relations is horrible! I didn't realize a company could treat a customer so poorly & yet still be up and running!
