worst car buying experience ever!!! I don't know where to start - this people are scam artist, especially the guy called Jeff and Josh. I bought a C class Benz and car has problems form I don't know where to start - this people are scam artist, especially the guy called Jeff and Josh. I have been at their shop 5 or 6 times, they are no help, Josh guy even pretended like he never sold me the car when he saw me in their office. Now I am stuck with all the repair bills... unfair! but its the reality. More

Then the guy said he would wash the car, but never did,) the car was shaking and Jeff the manager told me it was normal for Porsche vehicles vs my Mercedes E350... (my fault to choose to believe him,) then the paperwork was wrong so I actually helped them with the paperwork to make sure they didn’t miss anything... Then as soon as I left their dealer I realized that the horn was not working so I called immediately, however, since it was raining and they were closing, the Manager Jeff assured me he would take care of the cost to fix it, and since My trip back home was 3 hours long, and it was late, I agreed to take care of the horn at a local mechanic near my home who is an authorized dealer for European vehicles since he agreed to pay for the cost. I spent a total of $2763 for mounts, brakes, horn, leaks...etc because the car was not as immaculate and up to date in maintenance as Jeff stated it was. Then to make matters worse, Jeff refuses to pay for the total cost of the horns (it takes two horns) and labor, but since he found it expensive, he sent me the horns and I’m still waiting for the labor of installing the horns, which he found too expensive as well $336 ...He ultimately said he would only pay $150 towards it... I’m still waiting... In all fairness, if he sends the amount for the TOTAL labor of the horn I will update this review,... But make no mistake, this was truly the worst experience in purchasing a car. I’m not even mentioning the discrepancy on the loan interest rates... I have text messages to prove all this. If you want a worry free experience DON’T BUY from these people. No integrity whatsoever. More

Don't bother , waste of time I had the worst experience .... left me shaking & physically upset . I was buying a Mercedes e class , had it checked out at my cost , they said the car was costing them too much money to make it right .... tires had dry rot , which was confirmed by dealership ( which is dangerous) , and they would not put the specified tires on the car ( as it would not be profitable , I was told) they nickel & dined me every step of the way .... & I got the car checked out so they could put the price up .....if u know what ur doing don't buy a car here!!!! Warned More

BAD: I WAS SOLD A LEMON, no help after Recieved a car off the shipping truck with thousands in repairs just to get it to emmissions and plated. -Electrical problem -several features ino Recieved a car off the shipping truck with thousands in repairs just to get it to emmissions and plated. -Electrical problem -several features inopperable, -all 4 tire sensors, -crank sensor(car would shut down after 5 mnutes of running.) -exhaust leak (sounds like an expensive tractor), - $1500 in factory suspesion leaks. NO HELP FROM SALESMAN JASON OR MANAGER JEFF. Now i own a car i cant even sell because because of its problems. More

Great Deal was very easy to deal with! Family business very help they have two locations to help snowbirds like me. After dealing with josh he helped me ship my vehicle to NY and then back to FL this has very help they have two locations to help snowbirds like me.
