My Review of CLIPPINGER FORD:
These people suck! They screwed up (1) my financing - was told it would be Ford Credit but they switched me to some bank instead; (2) my insurance because of the misinformation from #1; and (3) delayed my registration and plates from DMV because they couldn't fill out the paperwork properly - they couldn't seem to comprehend that I use my middle name, not my first!!

Sheer moronic sheep - stay away!!!

My Review of CLIPPINGER FORD:
My son took his ford truck in for service and diagnostic testing and decided not to do repairs because of price, 5-6 days later something the service center left loose caused the wires from the bottom of the truck to be ripped off. Took car back and after insisting it was there fault they went ahead and fixed the problem but it took them 2 weeks to return the car. The day we picked the car up we noticed that the amplifier behind passenger seat was cut out and STOLEN. There was no forced entry to the car yet Wes states that they are not resonsible for any thing stolen, even though it was BOLTED down to the truck. Will never go back, dishonest and terible customer service.

My Review of CLIPPINGER FORD:
Took the Mustang in for door lock repair. They gave me estimate over the phone for $268. Picked up car, charges were $294. Several days later I found that the mirrors did not adjust, and rear side window did not operate. Had my daughter take it back in to get mirrors connected. They claimed the window was not a result of the repair. I asked for a window repair estimate, and was assured I could pay by VISA over the phone. I declined repair estimate of $500, and opted for $77 estimate charge. When car ready, they would not allow me, regular customer, to pay by phone. Had to have daughter use her card.
