My Review of Cadillac Village of Norwood:
I started looking for a CTS about 5 months ago. I initially dealt with Jim via the internet. I was not ready to buy 5 months ago as I take my time to find the right car. Jim was very responsive and no pressure at all.

I contineud to look and found a couple on cars.com that I felt was worth driving from Southern RI to look at. I had previously looked at one from Herb Chambers in Warwick which I came close to buying but they had a new GM - Leo or Neleo? that had told me the price I was quoted form their internet sales team was not going to stand up and that I had to pay $2,000 more than she offered it to me for - would never have even wasted my time going. Despite my prior experience with Herb Chambers, I found a car I wanted to look at and gave them another try. Well, same GM same story. What a waste of time......made me feel like I was beneath him (was it because I was in shorts, t-shirt, and flip flops?).

I then went to Cadillac Village if Norwood a couple days later. I was approached by Al P who was just as nice as could be - not your typical in your face car sales person. I asked if I could look at the car and he pulled it up and said take it for the day if you want to try it out. I thought to myself that this cannot be real - no pressure, no sales pitch...just a "take it and try it out"! I only drove it a mile or so as I currently own a CTS. It was great. I asked Al if we could look at pricing etc. We went inside, he offered me a beverage and came back with a price on my trade in and the car within 5 minutes. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay so i decided to keep looking and set this car as the "bar" for any car I wanted to buy. No pressure at all from Al. He thanked me for coming in and said he would let me know if anything comes in at my price range.

I found another car on cars.com in New Jersey. I felt so good about AL's honesty that I called him to ask about the car at this other dealer. He took the time to call me back, pull it up on cars.com, and to advise me to buy it - it was exactly what I told him I wanted and at the price I wanted (only issue was the color and the 200 mile drive to get there). I debated for a few days and called Al back to buy the one I drove the week prior. I went back to the dealer that night and the price was agreed to prior to my even arriving. It was a very good price although a bit more than I planned on spending (don't we all wish it was less,it was worth it! I then expected the usual 4 hour process of buying and financing 1/2 the car. Nope, not at Cadillac Village. From the minute I arrived to the minute I left was barely over an hour! Jessica in finance was very personable and no pressure. They got my car registered, financed, and out the door I went the next day. I had the chance to meet Jim when I came back to pick up the car and he actually remembered me from 5 months earlier - actually reminded me of what car I e-mailed him about. The GM at Herb Chambers never even remembered he talekd to me 5 months earlier.

I cannot say enough great things about Al, and the Cadillac Village of Norwood. If looking to buy a new or used car go to the Cadillac Village in Norwood. Ask for Al P. I bet if you tell them Doug from Rhode Island who bought the '08 Grey CTS in May recommended you he will remember me.

Oh right, I was so happy with the service I failed to state that my wife loves the car. '08 CTS with power everything and dual sunroof - great car!

My Review of Cadillac Village of Norwood:
I went to purchase a Cadillac and got nothing but grief. I will not be back!! Nobody has Business Cards and poor knowledge about the Cadillac products and details of new cars. Unfriendly salespeople. After the sale of $53000 (you the customer)can wait!!! I've been a cadillac owner since 1971 and this is worst experience in my life. I wrote a letter to CEO and no reponse. While the cat is away(THE CEO) the mice are at play...Unsatisfied Customer//////PS no free fill of gas////no meeting service team//just pushed out.

Dear Cadillac Village of Norwood,

I went to 5 or 6 dealerships shopping for a car. Jim was the only salesman identified my needs and did a very through demo. He explained many of the features and benefits of the car. I felt Jim
was fair in representing me, the customer regards to getting me the best possible price. I was extremely pleased with the deal I received from Jim Mckenna. If anyone is looking for a earth shattering price on a New Cadillac or Select used cars, I highly recommend Jim Mckenna.

I feel very fortunate to have worked with Al Piacitelli over the past few days. I have never had a car-buying process be so... well, efficient yet enjoyable. He's immensely knowledgable about the Cadillac products. He's a great listener and delivers a product at a price that works for you. Upon delivery, he actually grabbed a rag and did some touch-up cleaning! He's also one of the most pleasant and personable individuals you could ever meet, so I never felt any pressure that you often feel at dealerships. What more could you ask for? A+++ for customer service! I would highly recommend Cadillac Village and Al Piacitelli. I love my CTS!

From my very first phone conversation I was very impressed with Jim Waldron and Cadillac Village Of Norwood. He was very personable and able to answer all of my questions. I drove two hours from my home to Cadillac Village Of Norwood even though there was a closer Cadillac Dealer. Mike Costa took his time explaining everything I needed to know about the 2012 Cadillac SRX I was interested in. I was able to finalize our purchase with ease. We highly recommend Cadillac Village Of Norwood and hope to deal with them again in the future!

My Review of Cadillac Village of Norwood:
I just bought my second car from Cadillac Village. My salesman Al Piacitelli know exactly what car I was looking for and when he found it he called me right away. After he found it he personly made sure it was flawlessly preped. When i got to the dealership I was warmly greated and started my finance paper work with Jessics Crossman who did it swiftly and with all my best intrests in mind. GSM Alan Colarusso over seen my deal and thanked me for my bussness himself. I have also sent my mother and aunt to them when they needed new cars. They both thanked me for refering them to that dealership and told me how great they were. I have and will send anyone looking to get a new car to Cadillac Village. I just want to thank everyone there for making my experience one that was enjoyable!

My Review of Cadillac Village of Norwood:
My overall experience at Cadillac Village of Norwood was excellent. Jim McKenna met me at the door and was very well versed in every aspect of the CTS-V that I was interested in. He did a great job determining what I needed and identified the perfect car for me. We test drove it and during the ride he pointed many features that I was not aware of. As a result I am the proud owner of a 2011 CTS-V Coupe.

2007 Honda Accord Low Miles!!!
Purchasing a vehicle has never been so easy or this pleasant for me, from the very beginning when I arrived at the dealership is was in a good mood and after meeting Al P. things just continued to get better. I arrived and immediately saw the Honda I’ve looked at online 1000 times that week, so I check start to check it out. I hadn’t called before I came to visit but luckily for me AL P. was the first to come out and greet me and my girlfriend. He was very personable and friendly, we then took a test drive. When got back and got inside to get things in motion I never felt as I was being talk down to because I was young and al was upfront and honest about everything which made it a breeze to get the deal done. He and Sherine from finance (who is also fantastic to work with) made a great team. The overall experience a Cadillac Village was amazing and it put to those car dealer perceptions, and negative notions. I WOULD DEFINALY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND RECONMEND THEM EVERYONE I KNOW!!!

I just purhased an SRX from Doug Ostroff. What a GREAT experience. I can't say enought about the whole process. The car is perfect and it was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I was very impessed with his complete knowledge of the vehichle. At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase the car. He answered all my questions related to which vehichle would be right for me.
I have nothing but praise for this dealership and would not hesitate in reccommending them to my friends and family. OUTSTANDING!!

My Review of Cadillac Village of Norwood:
I can t remember a time in my adult life that I every enjoyed…never mind liked the car salesperson that I worked with. Now AL is another story! After almost 30 years of Driving, I bought my first American Made car (Cadillac EXT) from him 3 years ago and came right back for another one( 2011 Escalade). He is personable, professional and really does what it takes to create a relationship with his customers.

AT NO TIME did I feel like I was getting the “sales” speech…. And you know what I am talking about!

He went out of his way to keep me informed and never made excuses, he found the perfect Escalade for me in another state and had his team deliver it to Norwood…. He is all about the Brand and the service that you would expect from a luxury Auto dealer.

Al is a genuinely nice guy…. Stop in to visit him and you’ll understand what I am talking about!
