My Review of Cain Toyota:
In May 2007, my wife purchased a 2007 Rav4. John Romell was our salesman and I have to say he is the best car salesman with whom we've ever dealt. My wife made an offer on the vehicle, far below what we expected them to agree on, and they didn't. But their counter offer was quite reasonable and acceptable. We were both very impressed with John in all aspects.
In August we went back and we asked for John. He immediately remembered us and I said, "Here's what I want for my trade in. If you can give me that, I'll buy a new car." He got me what I wanted. He then mentioned the rebate on the new car and said he'd get some off the sticker for me. He did. So I bought a 2008 Corolla. Once more we were quite pleased with John in all aspects.
Since my wife made her pruchase, she has been back in for an oil change. A simple thing to be sure, but she was quite pleased with the service.
We definitely will purchase again From Cain Toyota, and hopefully when that time comes, John will still be there. In the meantime, we will be having our vehicles serviced there.
We both highly recommend Cain Toyota and John Romell.
