I brought my car in for a recall service which needed several hours to be completed. The dealership offered a complimentary shuttle service to my home and then picked me up when my car was ready. horrible place to have anything done! we purchased a vehicle in 2017, we had and auto start installed in 2020. My mom be back and fourth with this place for over 3 years, and every time s we purchased a vehicle in 2017, we had and auto start installed in 2020. My mom be back and fourth with this place for over 3 years, and every time she stated the issue an appointment was set. when she returned to get the issue resolved with the autostart they gave her the run around. the last time she went back they gave her a 9am appointment and no-one every showed to fix the issue. the place is the absolute horrible, customer service is by far the worst. If I get give them a negative I would have!!!! More
Was under the impression that if I had work done after the diagnosis I wouldn’t have to pay the $165.00 fee for it. Considering I was told that we needed a new battery ($376.00) in order to check for an e the diagnosis I wouldn’t have to pay the $165.00 fee for it. Considering I was told that we needed a new battery ($376.00) in order to check for an evap leak which turned out to be a loose gas cap. Felt I was taken advantage of. We bought our Toyota from you but will think twice about coming back for future services or buying another car from your dealership. Ended walking out with a $584.00 bill, thank god I got a veterans discount or it would have been over $600.00. Didn’t feel too good after leaving. More
