ABAS WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND AN OVERALL GOOD SALES ASSOCIATE. I WAS HAPPY ABOUT MY PURCHASE AND CONFIDENT EVERYTHING WOULD GO SMOOTHLY. UNTIL RALPH IN FINANCE CHANGED OUR VERBAL AGREEMENT ON HOW I WOULD MAKE MY DOWN PAYMENT. THEY OVERDREW MY ACCOUNT AND CAUSED A HARDSHIP BY CASHING MY CHECK EARLY. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITTING WHEN DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.

Terrible experience - was lied to from beginning to end regarding the financing. They changed the "deal" 4 times, including wanting me to put a larger and then an even larger down payment and changed the monthly payment 4 times. As a woman alone, they made me feel like a piece of dirt - they talked down to me and were extremely condescending. I have bought at least 10 cars by myself and I have NEVER been treated like this. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. I'm sure that had I gone in there with cash on hand, it would have been a different experience, but if you need financing, DON'T go there!!!

This dealership earned my distrust. Nothing illegal, just the textbook unethical sales games.
1) All the lower-cost Hyundais that they have advertised online are not in stock. This is the classic bait-and-switch game that some car dealers play. I tried to save myself some time by calling ahead to verify the cars I was interested in were in stock. I was told they were. When I arrived the next day, I was told they had been sold prior to the time of my call.
2) I was then told they could meet the price I had budgeted, but they offered an outrageous loan rate. When I got my own financing, they said they could no longer honor the price that they quoted me a few days before.
