What to say about Cammisa Motor Car Company. First, the salesman, Ron de Vogel rocks. Genuinely nice and attentive. In fact all their staff was top notched.

The real bad experience comes with the financing and what has to be the most "paranoid" approach to financing. The vehicle I was to purchase had an out the door price of 28k ( a good price for the vehicle). Half that amount I would pay cash for the remainder I had a pre-approval from my lending institution. So basically a done deal. However, regarding the financing Cammisa chose to send the loan application to two additional institutions even though my Credit Union had pre approved. Cammisa received full payment when promised consisting with my own funds as well as my Credit Union however the other two financing companies who received the loan application denied the loan and thereby hurt my credit rating for the future. Now for what I find most upsetting. I have made numerous contacts with the loan manager, Jim Morrison, and to date have not received a single word or contact back.

So I rate the salesman quite high. The friendliness equally as high. But if you plan to finance a vehicle with them do not trust them to do the right thing. If you have cash or are pre financed do not use their financing. In that situation I would recommend them.
