My Review of Campbell Nelson Nissan:
We were on the waiting list for many months, waiting for our 2011 Nissan Leaf, a highly anticipated wide-release EV. John was our dealer contact, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. The release of the Leaf was plagued by unforeseen problems related to the earthquake in Japan, which left many customers upset due to the subsequent lack of information from Nissan. John, however, made every effort to obtain and update us with accurate information at every step.

John was able to locate for us an "orphaned" Leaf, meeting our exact specifics, which allowed us to get our car early. Despite the move to an orphaned car, no changes in the price were made, and the original (excellent!) price we were quoted was honored.

This was our first new car purchase, and I have heard many horror stories about the process. However, John and his colleagues made it a pleasant and fun experience.

We've had the LEAF for a year now and 17,500 miles now. It is the best purchase we have made, especially considering our 50-mile roundtrip commute. It's just an awesome car. I recommend you take it for a test drive and, if you like it, seek our John for a purchase.

We'll probably be in the market for a replacement of my old (and now living in the back of the garage) gas car, which we use for longer trips. I hope to do business with John when that time comes.

I have always had a terrible experience with trading in a car until I met John kelch at Campbell nelson Nissan. I could not have asked for better customer service! It was just impeccable! John was honest and straight up with me. He got me the best deal with out a single ounce of pushy car salesman talk. I absolutely love my Nissan rogue!! And my payments are even cheaper! I even got a full tank of gas with my new car which is probably standard these days but with the cost of gas it made my day! John new exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to get me to purchase something I didn't want or didn't need. The whole process took less then 2 hours and I was out the door with my new car driving around in the beautiful weather. I will NEVER go anywhere else again and I will recommend everyone looking for a new car to go see John! Best car buying experience I've ever had, I cannot thank you enough!!

Being a woman alone in a car dealership can be a frigtening experience. I was so impressed with Greg and the whole Campbell Nelson team. I had been to other dealerships and was feeling very discouraged. I wanted to be treated as a person and not just a dollar sign and I was. Greg was not pushy at all, just the opposite. I am so happy I have found this dealership and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again Greg for helping me through my car buying experience.

Working with Ray Ishak at Campbell Nissan was a great experience. We got the car we wanted at a fair price and a good price on our trade in vehicle. Everyone we worked with was nice, no one was pushy at all.

We had purchased our last Nissan at a dealership in Everett and did not have a good experience at all. we were totally dreading the car shopping experience. Ray changed that for us. The experience was friendly, no pressure, no hassle and in the end what he said was the deal, was the deal!

We have already recommended Campbell Nissan to others and will continue to do so.

Very satisfied with Larry Camp and the Campbell Nelson Nissan dealership. This is our 2nd car from nissan and they Provide you with great service and 100,000 mile warranty on both our vehicles. We had been interested in the new Armadas but never really paid much attention to them. 2 days ago we went in for a regular maintenance checkup on my Pathfinder and we ended up getting a very good deal with a slightly used brand new Armada. Larry walked us threw the paperwork and made everything very easy for us, we are very pleased with the work this dealership provides. I recommend Larry Camp and the Campbell Nelson Dealership to anyone seeking a new/used car or a regular maintenance. You can guarantee we are coming back for regular checkups!

Wow.. First I want to say that a big part of my decission to contact Campbell Nelson and Ray Ishak was the large number of positive reviews online. Even though another Nissan dealer is closer to me, I still went to Campbell Nelson and I am so Glad I did. From the 1st contact and through out the whole process until I took delivery, it was just amazing comapred to my previous car purchases. No hassle, a wealth of information and most important was the respect. As a single Mom, I am weary of sales tactics. With Ray, I was at complete ease. I love my car and will be recommending Ray Ishak to everybody.

My Review of Campbell Nelson Nissan:
I was shopping for a new car after mine was totaled. My wife would be doing the financing, but I would be doing the shopping. After spending all Friday driving to Nissan dealerships around the Seattle area, I ended my day at Campbell-Nelson where they had a used Altima and a new Versa that I was contemplating buying. Kat was very friendly and down-to-earth. Of all the salespeople I encountered that day, Kat was the only one that I felt comfortable bringing my wife to the next day. Not only was Kat easy to be around, she also knew her stuff. She had great product knowledge and knew how to apply that knowledge to meet my needs. She's also knowledgeable about cars in general, so that added more quality to the overall experience. We bought the Nissan Altima at a great price and with a great experience. - Another reason we liked Campbell-Nelson is because of all the community activity they are involved in. We were very impressed with all the organizations they partner with. This dealership has heart. And from what I saw during my car shopping, that's rare today.
