After searching and searching up and down the freeway looking at new cars, we encountered Larry. The treatment my wife and I received from Larry was bar none the best I have had when purchasing a new vehicle. He takes a very non-threatening approach to his selling process. This approach in addition to his "customer first" attitude is what put us over the top and helped us decide to purchase our vehicles. I highly recommend Campbell Nelson Volkswagen and especially Larry Camp.

Clint was wonderful to work with throughout my car shopping experience! He found the perfect car that fit my needs! I got a 2012 VW Jetta that I absolutely love especially with all the features it has to offer. Clint listened to what was important to me and was helpful every step of the way. Incredible Car Dealership...Great People, Great Experience!! Campbell-Nelson VW is the first place you should go if you are interested in a quality used vehicle, a lease, or buying a new vehicle. We originally were looking for a used vehicle for our son but also ended up trading in our car and leasing a 2012 Passat. Our salesman Dok Chang went above an beyond. When we arrived at 3:30 to test-drive the used Passat Dok had the vehicle sitting by the front door running and warmed up. After purchasing the used vehicle for our son we then asked about a trade in for our car and a possible lease of a Jetta or Passat. Within minutes Dok had a Jetta and a Passat sitting by the front door ready for us to test drive. We fell in love with and leased the 2012 Passat. Not only did we get a great deal on our trade-in but the financing with Cecil was friendly and easy. The service department had the vehicles detailed before we were ready to leave. Kurt and Craig Campbell run a first-rate no-hassle dealership. You must experience Campbell-Nelson VW.

My Review of Campbell Nelson Volkswagen:
I had the most amazing experience when purchasing my Nissan Rogue yesterday. Charlie Kester and Ray Ishak helped me and couldn't have been kinder , respectful, and professional. They were both fantastic. Normally I don't negotiate the price of the car because dealerships are notorious for not giving the same deal to a woman as a man. Not so at Campbell Nelson, they gave me an exceptional deal and absolutely no pressure. I came back the next day and bought the car. I just can't say enough about the dealerships and people. This is the second car I bought from Campbell Nelson. My first car from them was in 2004 with a Volkswagen Jetta. Their service is amaziing is well. I can't imagine going anywhere else and would recommend all my friends and family to purchase their next car Campbell Nelson. Thank you!

My Review of Campbell Nelson Volkswagen:
Ended up at Campbell-Nelson looking for an inexpensive used vehicle for my son and not only walked away with a great vehicle for the price, but also experienced really exceptional customer service. Kat Byrd (Sales) did an absolutely stellar job fielding my numerous requests and went above and beyond my expectations. Ryan (Service)also went out of his way to ensure I was happy.

I’ve purchased 2 new luxury vehicles within the last 3 years, and the dealer service was not even in the same ball park. If you're looking for a VW or Nissan, take a ride to Campbell-Nelson – it will be worth the trip!

I could not imagine a better sales experience. I got great deal on a new GTI and the extended warranty. They treated me well and fair. I kept waiting for the shoe to drop but it never did. I expected to go in to financing fighting but it was painless and they handled everything professionally. We had cleared financing ahead of time and had no trade-in and they didn't try to sneak anything in like special dealer fees even though I got an unbelievably good price on our new car. It is beautiful and we love it. I've heard good things about their service department as well. They will totally get my business in the future.

Charlie provided good help and direction when we were choosing a new VW. We have bought 6 new VWs in the past from other dealers where we lived, and this has been my favorite experience. He kept us up to date on order status, and helped make the process easy. Thank you!
The dealership is extraordinary! Years ago when we visited relatives in Seattle we had an unusual problem with our car. The service rep called VW America and explained that it was obviously a problem with a crimped hose during manufacturing. The manufacturer covered the expense, and we hold this place dear to our hearts because of their extra effort and kindness. Also thank you to the dealership!
