My Review of Canyon Honda Ltd:
These people are rude and refuse to honor my warantee they just give you the run around.. My tire sensors are not working right and keep going off when tire is fine and my car has vibration.. Do not use these idiots!!!! They keep telling me to keep my tire pressure at different pressures and now it is set higher that what honda recommends so my tires will wear quicker. They also say its only a little vibration deal with it.. The car is 4 months old it should not vibrate. Its a Honda Pilot 2008. They said to inore the dash warnings about the tire pressure.. I am going to have to really keep up them about it.. This place is now know as Vista Honda. I was promised the Service Director and General manager would call me today and guess what no phone call. They have had my car twice now they want it for another 3 hours and offer me no transportation but a shuttle bus and i will be stuck in Glenwood I live 45 mins away. I have nothing to do for 3 hours in this town. The service guy that worked on my car told the manager the vibration was gone when he didn't even drive after a rotation and balance that I did not need. They are rude full of excuse and were cussing in front of my children on my first visit. I paid for the best warranty on this Pilot and now they will not honor it and fix my car. This car has under 7300 miles on it. Some from the test driving of others. Should not be having these problems already if it vibrates now how bad will it be in a year?!?!?
