Always great customer service with Warren's team. I do recommend to my friends and family whenever they need service. Everyone always says going to a dealership is much more expensive then taking to a independent shop. I do not agree, I have had better pricing and customer service with Capitol. Thanks to everyone!

Such a great experience at Capital! Johnny was extremely professional and very friendly. He has extensive knowledge and answered all my questions not just thoroughly but also in a very clear way that I could easily understand (I don't know much about cars!). I could not have asked for a better experience in my first time buying a car. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process knowing I was in good hands. Having done some research prior to coming into the dealership, I know that I bought a high quality car for an excellent price. I will definitely purchase again with Capital! Thanks to Johnny Junes, I got the exact car I needed and wanted for a better price than I would have expected. Thanks to everyone at Capital!

Daniel was so pleasant to work with. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, and acted like they really cared about making you happy. We visited this dealership in November, and decided we wanted to return to purchase a car after my husband's busy season at work. We did, and we are very happy with our experience. My Review of Capital Buick GMC:
After searching online for a vehicle i called Capital Buick regarding a used Mazda CX9. I spoke to my salesperson Bobby who gave me a detailed overview of the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership the reception was pleasant and I met with him without delay. I was surprised! I didn't get the ....is this the car you want?...., or the let me show you this new car that would be better for you. Instead he listened to me, answered my questions and with the assistance of his finance laison Evelyn, I left with a new/used 2011 Mazda. They took my car in trade and gave me a good price. They were kind and non judgmental and worked with my situation, which financially I wish was better. But I have the car I wanted. A payment I am ecstatic with, it didn't take a day out of my life or my first born in allegence and I will be returning to them to assit in purchasing my next vehicle....no matter the brand. Thank you very much. If u live in the Richmond area and are searching for an honest dealership without the hype, I would suggest Capital Buick GMC.

This dealership,and Steve Dixon made my buying experience one if the best I have had. This is the second GMC Terrain that I have purchased in the last four months. My first one was totaled in a accident and Steve Dixon went way beyond just service to help me resolve the first vehicle and was able to put me in another vehicle with all the same options. In fact, the dealership held the car for three weeks! I can't thank them enough for all their help. As a business owner who purchases service vans, Capital Buick and Steve Dixon will have all our business!

Greg was very courteous, professional, and approached the potential sale with a direct manner, which was very much appreciated. Nothing makes the car buying experience more frustrating than the "dance" between the dealership and the potential buyer. Greg's approach is what closed the deal.

Thanks to Greg and all the staff at Capital for making the buying experience pleasant. Now we are looking forward to utilizing Captial's Service Department for our scheduled maintenance.

Kelley worked carefully with me to ensure I selected the best vehicle for our family needs, and then worked the financing programs available to get us the best rate. All employees I met at the dealerships were helpful and friendly, and I can't say anything but good about the new car buying experience at Capital Buick GMC. When I walk into Capital it is like going home. The friendly welcome and excellent service by everyone you come in contact with. There is not a single time that I have been in to have a vehicle serviced that I have not been greeted with a smile. Whether it is a sales representative, service writer, service technician or a secretary you are made to feel at home. I highly recommend this service center to all!
