After looking for over a month, I finally found the RAM I was looking for on the Capital website. When I called, I was helped by John Waller. He was extremely helpful and we made a deal over the phone. He drove from Richmond to Suffolk, VA. to pick me up and when we arrived at the dealership the New RAM was ready to go. In just over an hour I was on the road headed home. John did a great job of showing me the dealership and what they had to offer, even though he knew I would probably not return there for service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who was looking for a new vehicle and will call them for my next purchase. Thanks John.

Enjoyed the experience. I love my new truck and the sales team was very helpful in getting me where I wanted to be in the payment. GS took care of all my questions and concerns and made my wife and kids feel as comfortable as possible when we got there. CJ was very helpful with the financing aspect of it and he let my 2 year old help him with the paper work. This will be my dealership of choice from here on out.

Kory was very friendly and courteous. He explained everything in detail and made sure everything was understood. Of the past cars I have brought I could definitely can say this was my best and smoothest experience. I got the indication that he didn't just care about the sale but making the customer happy and it worked...lol.

I recently bought a new 2013 Dodge Dart with John Waller at Capital Automotive in Richmond, and I could not be happier with the experience and the car itself. John made sure to answer any questions I had promptly and thoroughly throughout the purchase process, and made me comfortable and confident in my decision to go with the Dart. He helped me narrow down the best car for me and showed me how to use everything in the Dart, from the automatic start to the Sirius radio. He was also very quick to respond whenever I had follow-up questions after the purchase and still treated me as a priority even though I had already bought. If you are unsure what car is best for you (or if you've decided on a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep), I would highly recommend working with John to make sure you end up with a vehicle you'll be happy with that fits your wants/needs and price range. This type of customer service was such a pleasant surprise and is not something to be undervalued. John really helped to make the process of buying a car something enjoyable and exciting which is not always the case in some places.

I would give this dealership and my saleman a 5.0. They made my car buying experience great. I was afaid to buy a new car because I just purchased a vehicle 15 months ago. I needed to get away from the dealership I purchase my Kia from because the customer service was horrible. I was interested in a new Jeep Compass and this car kind of stuck with me with all the research I was doing about reliable cars. Kory who was my saleman was great he really made me feel at ease about buying this car. He let me make my own decision and was very knowledgable about the vehicle. I did a lot of my shopping online before I went to the dealership because I knew I would run into a pushy salemans and Kory was anything but that. He made great conversation while we waited for everything to get approved and finalized. I would highly recommend Kory and the Capital Team to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I had a great experience at your dealership this week. Everything I asked for was taken care of on the spot. William Edwards was very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling. He was professional yet very personable. I have already and will continue to recommend both William and the dealership.
I REALLY love my Chrysler 200 and plan to enjoy it for many years to come. My husband will be in the market for a vehicle later this year and we will be coming back to your dealership.

I spoke with Mr. Edwards yesterday on the phone and we discussed my options for purchasing the Caliber. He said that he would call me back later in the evening to discuss pre-approval thru the dealership and he did. I came into the dealership today and test drove the vehicle and he was courteous and patient throughout even though I was not. I did not get the pricing exactly the way I wanted but Mr. Edwards continued to accommodate my wishes with a pleasant attitude the entire time. In the end I got my car at a very reasonable price and rate and I owe this to Mr. Edwards who was pleasant and accommodating the entire time. He is an excellent asset to the dealership.

I was browsing online one day, and sent the dealership my info to be contacted about a car we've seen in their ad. My wife and I knew it would have to wait until later...3 months or so. Not much longer after that, approximately 2 weeks later we got a call back from the Sales Consultant about something we could possibly be interested in, and he was right... to make a long story short we set up an appointment, came in, took a test drive, and before we knew we were headed home that same night in the vehicle. We didn't plan on that :) Overall everything went well.

Very Good customer service, and friendly environment thats including the mechanics. Our sales consultant was a patient, no hassle kind of guy. I recommended my aunt to go here for her next vehicle she plans on purchasing in the near future, and I too recommend you too.

Cory is a pleasure to work with when buying a car. He is couteous and very professional in his work. I would say he goes the extra mile to ensure the coustomer is happy with the vehicle they are buying. I would certainly recommend my friends or acquaintenance to Cory if they were buying a vehicle.
