This is the best dealership I have ever been to (service). Their prices are fair. Most of all, the staff are super firendly, easy to talk to, and extremely helpful. They just want to help and do their job right. No hidden agendas, no money gouging. I love this place!

My Review of Capital Cities Imported Cars:
i went in for a few routine electrical issues and a key reprogram. i like the sales (steve miller) and service rep (brad), but the techs and manager appear unprofessional both times i visited the site. the key reprogram ended up leavign black finger prints on my beigh interior. i have heard the manager bellow quite a few times while in the waitign area. they do have a good selection of bmws for the albany area though.

My Review of Capital Cities Imported Cars:
I decided to get my car serviced at Capital Cities due to increasing frustration with another local dealer. I dealt with Brad in the service department, who was very accomodating. I'm a pain-in-the-butt customer, as I tend to come in with a list of items to be looked at along with my shot at diagnosing the problems. He didn't seem to mind my list, and he had the tech check out all of my concerns. I was given a 3-series loaner, despite the fact that I didn't buy my car there and was only in for some $50 deductible CPO work. I will certainly be returning to Capital Cities for future service work.
