My Review of Capital City Nissan:
I bought a 2003 used car from this dealer and the car was in excellent physical shape. The dealer would not offer any kind of warranty on an older car but I knew that if anything would go wrong it would go quickly. I told them that I expected them to stand behind their cars and that if anything major was required, they would be there for me. They casually said fine and off I drove, quite happy. I drove the car to New Hampshire where I was moving to and within days the car starting sputtering some and then all the lights came on. It turned out it was a catalytic converter that was going out plus one sensor. The repair bill would be over a $1000 to repair. They would have made the repair in Georgia had I been able to bring it in but instead we had to work out a resolution. We agreed splitting the costs 50/50 which I thought was a very fair compromise. Capital City Nissan earned a great deal of my respect by working with me to reach a compromise.
