My Review of Capital Eurocars:
If you are a college student (and female), don't bother with this dealership because they will try to take full advantage of you. I went there to see a car that was priced very low and when I got there, they claimed someone else saw it the night before at their other lot, already took it to a mechanic and was coming to buy it. After a test drive and price quote, I said I was interested and would put the deposit down right there, but wanted to take it to a mechanic. They said they wanted to give this other person a chance since he was there first. I came to find out during the day that this 'other' person actually never took it to a mechanic like I was told and came after me to do so, which would mean I was actually first in line for the car. The salesman claimed that he was very upset and that I was being treated unfairly and the other lot lied. I called back later in the day to find they sold the car to the other guy. The manager and salesman claimed they felt bad and that they were going to do everything they could to get me a similar car. A week later, they called and offered me a car with more miles and wanted more money, I said that I wasn't interested in the car because it was above my price range, and haven't heard from them since...go figure. I think the whole thing was a ploy to try to get me to spend more money. I would be happy to retract this message if they do find me a car at the same price as the other one, but I'm not counting on it. Unless you want to your car buying experience to be a complete circus, don't bother with this place.

My Review of Capital Eurocars:
Car was is ready on time. Have to make appointments for warranty service sometimes a month in advance as there was no available appointments. They never have loaner cars available. Service manager is terrible. The previous service manager"mike" was awesome.

My Review of Capital Eurocars:
Persistently took back car for WARANTY work that was not complete. Continuous problems with BMW not being serviced by end of the day as promised. Loaner cars never available. I have dealt with this dealership under two different managements, both have provided abysimal service.

I still own a BMW but drive to Jacksonville (3 hours) for service.
