100% Scam Rate them a 0 This place wanted a dealership fee off $400 first of all for cash paying customer. They had it listed on Facebook for $3,500. Then offered to take off the dealership fee so it should have came down in price but told me he was selling the car for $4,100 and it would still be $3,800. What a scam. I should him the receipt he sent me for taking off the dealership fee but keep saying $3,800 or I could go elsewhere. Customer service sucks. You can barely understand these Talibans as it is. The worst experience ever!! They knowlongly sold a car that had damaged radiator and within a week of purchase cost me over $2,000 in repairs. I tried getting ahold of the two guys at the office but they ignored my calls and I when I finally got one of the guys on the phone he refused to help me saying " it's not my problem". Worst Experience Ever I came to this dealership to purchase a car and despite the fact that they offer Financing on line but when you get on the lot they no longer offer it I came to this dealership to purchase a car and despite the fact that they offer Financing on line but when you get on the lot they no longer offer it without checking any information just say you have to pay more than half on the car then pay rest in a few weeks, should have deterred me.However, against my better judgement I bout a vehicle which was not detailed at all, but it appeared to be a good car and they agreed if any issues should arise they would fix the vehicle with no issues. However, after buying the car in less than 2 weeks and only my third time driving the car. The check engine light came on and after taking it to 3 different mechanics, I was told by each ( with none of them knowing it was an Second/Third diagnostic) that the computer had been wiped and there was no way that the dealership had no idea of the five plus transmission codes and seat belt error that was showing. I was told that due to it being a federal offense for them to sell the car knowing this I needed to take it back immediately which I did and preceded to get the run around from them everything from the owner sold it and he was the only one who can assist me with it to him being out of town to the mechanics had to be mistaken ( never once did the actual owner who sold it to me reach out) when I finally got the other owner on the line and again offered to pay more for another vehicle or do an even trade out or even allow them to fix issue he just hung up and said its not his problem. I tried various time to get this issue resolved in the most professional way possible and still no response to me or any of the agencies that have reached out to them. This has been the worst experience ever. I paid cash straight out the door, nothing for them to doubt me and evidence to prove everything that I have stated. Please locate another reputable dealer to do business with other than this place. More
