Very Very unhappy with the service that we received from this dealer. We live over 300 miles away and called on a vehicle we were interested in. We provided him with our trade in information and the confirmation of our loan which was over the asking price. He failed to call us back on numerous occasions and after looking at their website realized he had sold the vehicle to another individual. I would not recommend using this dealer unless you are able to get the vehicle immediately. As I work in the quality department for a large customer service company I know qualit service when I see it and this was the bottom of the line service. More

A few hours later i reseaved an emale giveing me the phone number to maria in sales so i called her and she told me the TRUCK WAS STEEL FOR SALE then she went over my information reviewed my credit while i was on the phone my credit wasent perfict but it was good at the time and i make enough money to easyley make my paymentsat and i also had a nice down payment ,at the time i had anothter vihicale that i was paying on so she asked if i had a co signer so i gave her my feansas info witch she has no credit, despite the cercomstances she responded to us [let me work my magic] this was on a saterday she said she will call me. by wensday i started woreing becouse she never called back so i started calling her i left several messages and she never returned my calls 2 weeks later the truck was gust sold i found out by another employee so i called her with another phone number and she finaly anserwed so i asked her if it was true that the vehicale was sold and she responded [ this is the way i work you come in you look at the vehicale if you tell me you want it i will do everything to get you the vehicale] then why did she waste my time, open my credit ,and get my hopes up with her [let me work my magic coment and why does carmart advertise i can purchise a vehicale from the confort of my own computer?
