My Review of Carbiz Auto Brokerage:
Purchase experience was just ok. Bought a 03 audi A4 and had nothing but problems, the car was not well taken care of was missing floor mats, tow hook cover, battery cover and small various parts. took them almost 2 months to get that stuff to me after bitching and complaining to them. The service center is the worst!!! they don't even know how to tighten an oil drain plug from an oil change, and lost almost all oil in the car, and they kept saying the car was fixed when it wasn't after repeated times that i had to take the car to there service center. I took the car to a trusted shop that deals with VW and Audi's specifically and they found a laundry list full of problems and repaired the car and carbiz did nothing! They say they stand by there cars and guarantee them and everything but they really don't that's BS. this by far is the worst dealership in MD they make Carmax look good! Don't trust carbiz!

My Review of Carbiz Auto Brokerage:
I was very hesitant about buying a used car. I've only ever bought brand new so this experience was very new for me. I went to Carbiz because they had a huge inventory and had more than one of the Acura's I was looking for. To tell you the truth, I actually enjoyed buying the car and I don't have that feeling like I paid too much. When I drove off in my RL I was actually satisfied unlike when I bought new cars and I could feel the depreciation as the odometer rolled over. I spoke with the manager there, Evan who was very helpful and guaranteed my purchase price to be the lowest within 150 miles- pretty impressive considering he PROVED it to me and showed me competing vehicle at other dealerships. Steve gave me the Carfax which showed me my car was a one-owner and it was maintained at an Acura Dealer- I especially liked this because of my prior experience with only buying new. Overall, this place was a stand up dealership- I’m not sure why some of the other reviewers had bad things to say. (Well the one guy bought a Mercedes- that was his first mistake)- I think I’m a pretty picky buyer and they took their time in showing me around the dealership and their service department and really proved to me that you don’t have to buy new cars to get quality. Actually, I don’t think I’ll ever buy another new car after going to Carbiz. When you go- talk to Steve or Evan- good people.

My Review of Carbiz Auto Brokerage:
I purchased a 2004 E500 Mercedes Benz. Started having problems since day one. Of course they gave me all of these customer satisfaction, verbal promises. I have had the car for 6 months now. The car has broken down twice, was shaking, Screens dont go up anymore or chair massage system does not work and get all kind of malfunction warnings. I have had repairs done to it 7 times and each time except 1 I was told that it is not covered and I had to come out of pocket. Now I have another problem and I got an estimate of $974.00. I asked why am I having so many problems and found out that they dont have the proper equipment to test all cars before they sell them. SO BUYER BEWARE, CARBIZ IS SELLING PRETTY LEMONS. After they get your sale they pretty much give the run around. Go talk to him, come back and talk to her. What did he say, she say. When u finish all they say is that you are responsible for it. I really have been had, this is my worst car buying experience and wouldnt refer my worst enemy to this Unfair, Dishonest and Unsupportive car dealership.

My Review of Carbiz Auto Brokerage:
Purchased Jeep Wrangler... Matt was awesome, so helpful, sweet... Drove it off lot after test drive, discovered the roof clips were busted as well as there was a shimmy that happened when the truck went over 55mph... Had to bring it back and was told it would be fixed the next day. It was (well the clips were, anyway). Drove back down to Baltimore (Matt did fill the tank of the Jeep) and found the shimmy still happened...It was Memorial day weekend and not wanting to be without my new vehicle I was told to keep it through the weekend and "we'd work something out next week" Next week was told to take it to a local firestone and have it fixed, they would reimburse me. Of course Matt was on vacation at the time of actual repair, no one had ever heard of such a thing, and after 500.00 worth of repairs I got a 250.00 check back. I must also say that the tires were overfilled and i had a blow out the very next day after taking it off the lot, which they refused to take responsibility for... Customer service was great, however I felt like I got shafted a bit...PAID CASH...no discounts...and for a petty 250.00 I will never return to purchase another vehicle again.

My Review of Carbiz Auto Brokerage:
Purchased a Porsche 911 from Carbiz. Got knocked around from other dealers ESPECIALLY Porsche dealers. I had a great experience working with Fred. He was knowledgeable about the car and treated me fairly and with respect. I spoke with the owner before I left. He introduced himself and let me know I could contact him personally if I should ever need anything. This is clearly a family business with people who truly care about their reputation and the vehicles they sell. The personal service and friendly atmosphere will definitely sway me to purchase here again.

They are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, so just ignore the stickers they have posted...also check out the number of unresolved complaints...the WORST car buying experience I have ever had...unreturned phone calls regarding problems with the car within the first week...you get what you pay for...stick with established dealers...

My Review of Carbiz Auto Brokerage:
The best car buying experience I've ever had in 40 years of buying cars!!! Friendly, honest, service after the sale, absolutely no pressure and no games or add-ons. Everyone from the receptionist who got me a check for a needed alignment to the business manager who was efficient and didn't try to push added items. Had a check engine light in a week. They ordered the parts and fixed it no problem.

What a great experience.

My Review of Carbiz Auto Brokerage:
I bought a used 2006 Audi A4 which was in perfect shape and at a great price. They let you test drive the vehicle at stop/go traffic as well as on highways and this is exceptionally useful to get acquainted with the vehicle’s performance. The dealership also helps you with the finance portion of the sale as well as limited warranty from the dealership itself. A prospective buyer can expect 20-30 minutes to complete the sale, from start to finish including all paperwork, credit history check, approval and the like. The thing I liked most about this dealership is the selection of vehicles, if you are on the market for high-performance European vehicles this is the place to go! Good luck

My Review of Carbiz Auto Brokerage:
Carbiz Auto Brokerage is a dealership located in Baltimore, MD with deceiving sales practices. If you are to purchase a vehicle from them, be extremely cautions of accessories and other items missing from the vehicle. They will say and do anything to close the sale with complete disregard of customer’s interest.
I recently purchased a 2006 Audi A4 with navigation DVD system from Carbiz Auto. During the test drive the sales person told me that DVD discs are stored in a safe place. When the vehicle was delivered the DVD disc for my car was not there. They promised me a new one since it was considered a “special order”. Two weeks later I received five year old DVD disc so scratched the system failed to recognize. I called the dealership and they again promised me a new disc. In another two weeks I received three year old DVD disc also scratched that loads partially and there is no remedy in sight. Also, be mindful of $500 extra dealership fee that is supposed to cover problems like the one above.

My Review of Carbiz Auto Brokerage:
From day one of purchasing this car I have had problems with the sales and service representatives. The advertisement is totally bogus, no one remembers you, there is no hand shake and when you have to bring the automobile in for servicing there the sales manager and general manager treat you with such disrespect like it's your fault that the car was sold that way. I had this car less than 20 days and I am ready to go to a real dealership to purchase a brand new car. They tell you to come in for a loaner because they have to work on your car and then they make you wait 2 hours for the loaner that has been outside since you brought in your car. I rate this dealership a negative ten (-10), and more so I am very unsatisfied with the service.
