My Review of Carhop St. Louis South:
Friendly and eager to help... until I got the car home and the problems began. The warranty is a joke. The engine was detailed to make it look good but is shot, electrical shorts in lights, no rear brakes (how DID it pass inspection???), tires rigged with fix a flat to make them look good. Emailed salesperson twice, faxed letter to him, phoned him numerous times and never he never responded to any communication from me. Always "with another customer." Car is not safe and reliable as they stated, and it is far from being in excellent condition. A co-worker also bought a car from Carhop and hasn't even had it a month, and it's in the shop. I was told the service engine soon light was reset. Also, it was inspected over 200 miles away five days before I bought or saw the car.
