My Review of Carman Auto Group:
I tried to schedule a service appointment at Carman Ford to have an issue with my transmission addressed. I explained that there was a TSB related to the issue and would like ONLY that work to be performed. I didn't want them taking apart a transmission which wasn't even one year old. The appointment scheduler did not know what I was talking about and transferred me to the service manager. The service manager asked me if this appointment was for a recall. When I said it was not and that it was to take care of a TSB he dismissed my concern and would not schedule the appointment. Since that time, I have taken my car there only once to get an oil change. The price Carman charges is much higher than other dealers in the area for the same service.
