Tried reserving another car and called the store… they said it wasn’t at their location but one across on the other side of the city. We drove there and they said it wasn’t there either… it was at the store I originally called. We were stuck in traffic and tired and couldn’t get to the other store in time to test drive. Wanted to return our car the next day but was hoping they’d fix it… past the 10 day return so we are stuck with it. Also… on the CarMax website when I was researching vehicles I filtered cars that had a tow hitch. The site said the vehicle had one and showed where it was at on the pic. However, when my husband and I purchased a bike rack for the vehicle… there wasn’t one. I’m hoping they’ll honor what was displayed on the website and either discount the vehicle or add a tow hitch to it. It was one of the main reasons we bought it. So far… not very happy More

I turned in my car and they gave me low blue book value for it. Overall, it was the easiest time I had buying a car and selling my old car I have ever had. More
The first time I was here it was fine, then after 14 days (past the 10 day warranty) my car starts to break. Took it in 5 times before just trading it in because no one took me seriously enough to fix anything properly to where I could have been in a terrible accident. During my second trade in, the person I was working with had to redo the finance process so many times I didn’t qualify for the down payment I was originally okay with doing and had to drop almost a thousand more dollars. Maybe other CarMax locations are better, but maybe just don’t use CarMax. More

Our sales representative Jay was first class. He knew his profession and was an excellent communicator. There was none of the "used car" techniques that are prevalent at many dealers. For me, this was not in any way a good experience. Trying to get proper help for my needs. Just asking to have the car pulled out of line. Started to argue with me about doing it. Was done with such a pissy, that if it was not my second time in I would have left. Then barely said any words to me. Just thru her bad attitude toward me. Then to be refused a demo and being lied to is just too much. So ask to have the car moved to another store. More
