Arthur Williamson is a great sales person. He wants to put you in the car you want without the pressure that other salesmen usually will use. We bought our car from him because of, and appreciate, his knowledge, courtesy and the patience he showed us when we asked many questions. I would highly recommend buying a car from him. My Review of Carnival Kia of Rivergate:
The dealership and I could not quite come to terms on a price for the car and trade-in. That can happen in this business. However...I was impressed with the friendliness of the dealership and even more so with Steve. Steve took the time to patiently try to work with me. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was trying to purchase.

I've never had an experience before where I could not agree on a price but came away impressed with the salesman. But with Steve that happened.

If you are in the market for a new car...dont hesitate to go to Carnival Kia. Be sure to ask for Steve.

My Review of Carnival Kia of Rivergate:
My husband and I decided to visit Carnival Kia Rivergate after seeing the commercial on TV about no credit application being refused. We said "yeah, sure, they are NOT going to give us a car with our credit!" We left to go to the dealership in a 2002 Buick Century. We came home in a 2012 Kia Forte. No one was more surprised than we were!

Our salesperson, Arthur Williamson was amazing. He bent over backwards not only to find the right car for us, but to get us a deal that was in our price range. And we put him through his paces! He was wonderful to work with as was the finance department. Everyone was very nice and I would highly recommend Carnival Kia Rivergate to anyone looking for their next vehicle!

My Review of Carnival Kia of Rivergate:
Not as helpful they could have been. Was not given any finance options such as amount of payment vs length of loan, just papers put in front of me to be signed. Tried to ask questions about the extended warranty they offered but was told "wait until I finish" and he never did answer my question. Had to buy a second key, which really every car should come with 2 keys. Had to take it through emissions testing, which really should have been done by the dealer (I have never had to do this before when buying a car from a dealer). They have a "don't bother me" attitude once the car is sold

I had started the process online and received a phone call from a sales consultant in less than 24 hours. I made an appointment to come in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions to myreat wa satisfaction. When I took delivery of my new car, it was washed and filled with gas. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good car with a great warranty. In fact, I did recommend them to my mechanic.
