My Review of Carriage Towne Chrysler Jeep:
I went to the dealer to have a problem fixed on my new car about 7 month's after I purchased it. The moulding under the front bumper on my Pacifica came loose on the freeway and got sucked under my front tire. I was told my insurance should cover this because someone must have hit my car while it was in a parking lot to knock the moulding loose. NO! the moulding was not assembled correctly or it was defective. The dealer did nothing to help resolve this and they blamed Chrystler for not approving the repairs. I ended up shelling out all of the $ for the repairs, didn't even get a discount or an appology! I think they were rude and condescending. I will never go back!
