My Review of Carson City Nissan-Jeep:
Last Saturday, September 30, I went to Carson City Nissan-Jeep Dealership. I came all the way from Reno, because I was really interested in Nissan Versa and was ready to buy this particular car. I asked James Herriott regular questions about the car any person, who is thinking about making this kind of big purchase, would ask. However, James didn't even bother himself answering these questions because as he said he was too busy and he had a big sale going on. Plus without any reason he got really rude. He said that he wasn't going to help me at all. I asked for his business card, but he said that he is not going to give me his card. He refused to give even his name. I went inside to ask his manager Jerry Roe for his name. He stepped with me outside and told James to give me his card. However, instead of that he started yelling at me "Asshole, get the hell out of here!!!!" His manager didn't do anything to stop this harassment. He started yelling too "Get the fuck out of my property". I swear to God that exactly how he said. I just want to say that I had never had such a horrible experience in my life. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM NISSAN DEALERSHIP. NOBODY HARASSED SO BAD IN MY LIFE! I AM GOING TO TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

My Review of Carson City Nissan-Jeep:
I took my vehicle in for diagnostic work & was informed of the problem over the phone. I told the service writer not to do the repair work and that I would pick up my vehicle and do the work myself. Two days later I decided to start the repairs. When I lifted the hood, I noticed that several parts that had been taken off during the diagnostic work had not be put back on. I called the service deptartment to ask what had happened and they told me that they: 1. forgot to put the parts back on and 2. forgot to call and tell me what they had done. When I asked what they charge for labor because I was going to charge them for my time to complete their work, the service manager said he couldn't authorize that and I would have to talk to the general manager. After 6 hours of the GM dodging my phone calls, we finally had a heated debate that lasted over an hour. The GM admitted no fault by his staff and eventually, but reluctantly agreed to paying me for doing their work. I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED WITH CARSON JEEP-NISSAN AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!
