My Durango is good but dealer sucks - gary b - 2007-10-01
I purchased a used Dodge Durango which i am happy to say at this point i dont have any problems with it. But the way the dealer conducts business is a joke. I paid couple hundred for what was SUPPOSED to be "tag.title.registration" then they never sent me a title, i had to call since they were supposed to send me my plates and i offered to pay them to do that. My temp tag expired, and i had to call about that which they faxed me b.s. letter of extension. They never registered my vehicle i had to goto local DMV in Somerville to do it myself and pay. When i called screaming about it the salesman's answer was the charge was just for the temp tag and that all nj car dealers are allowed to charge you (i forget) 400.00 for that fee to do absolutely nothing for it. It didnt work like that when i bought from Global Auto Mall. They are scumbags too but a different story. But at least when my paperwork was done i picked up everything. I didnt have to go on my private time. I would never deal with these people again. Oh by the way i guess they dont accept personal checks since they are so close to NY and dont trust you. Then they WANTED to charge me another fee for using a Visa/debit, but nobody told me that before i drove hour and half to get there. Very unprofessional business practices at this place to say the least.
