I just purchased a chevy traverse LT.great vehicle. just used it to bring back my dauhter from ccollege. plenty of room and a very smooth ride. this is the third car I bought from Castle chevy. ryan sitter was very knowledgeable and professional. sale negotiation was hassle free. price was great and i have been servicing my camaro and aveo there. great service department staff and workmanship. would not hesitate recommending castle to anyone.

My Review of Castle Chevrolet:
I visited Ryan 4 months before I bought my car. He was always understanding that we were not ready then to purchase, and never once tried to push us to buy the car that day. He was always responsive to our questions and extremly helpful the following months, all while never pressuring us to buy right now. He gave me his cell phone number, and as the time grew closer to buy I would text him to work out the small details. When I came in Friday morning the car was already prepared to go for me. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and bought the car for the pre-agreed price without being pressured to add additional options that he knew I would not want.

Very professional and low pressure sale. Great experience.

Ryan Sitter greeted us outside the door, was friendly, knowledgeable, and bent over backwards to make a deal that worked for both of us. He was efficient, and coordinated all departments (we were also getting repair work done on another vehicle)in order to make the process as quick and painless as possible.

My Review of Castle Chevrolet:
Ryan was great to work with. He explained everything about the car and also was willing to negotiate on the price of my trade-in even though it wasn't in the best of shape. Ryan wasn't pushy. He seemed easy going and willing to provide great service.

The finance team was also great. They got me a lower rate so that I could add an extended warranty.

As of right now, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I look forward to seeing if their service department provides the same great service as their sales department.

I went to Castle Chevy earlier today. I traded my 2011 Camaro LS for a 2012 Camaro 2LT RS. Happy with the trade and loving the new car!! Both times I bought my cars, Ive gone to Ryan. Hes an easy going guy who understands what I wanted. Very easy to talk to. I will definitely go to Ryan again if i need ANOTHER car. Not trading the Camaro this time!!! Love the Car!!! Your the man Ryan!!!

Bought a new car at Castle two weeks ago. My salesman was Ryan Sitter. I am very happy with the price we worked out and my trade in was worth the most at Castle. I talked price and trade in at three other dealerships. I'm glad I stopped at Castle.
Ryan knows the cars and is very easy to deal with. It was a quick in and out deal with no headaches and no double talk to get the best price around on a very popular model.

Ryan was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable about the Chevy product I bought from him. Ryan was patient and able to answer any question my son, dad or I asked him. One of the other things I liked about Ryan was that when I showed up at the dealership he had a couple different models of the car I was interested in ready to test drive.
