"Help Beyond My Expectations"
I want to take the time to express my gratitude to Dana Dangles. I came into the service department frustrated beyond belief. Kelly told me that I should talk to Dana that if anyone could help me she could without being misleading. Not only did she spend almost 3 hours with me discussing the issues I was having she came into the dealership on her day off. That is exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond anything I would have thought. I am forever grateful for her help and knowledge and her compassion she has for Castle customers. Thank you Dana Dangles.
I also want to personally thank the service department manager Steve Uginchus not only is he very knowledgeable he is very thorough with explaining answers to your automotive questions. He goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. I feel comfortable leaving my car in his service department knowing all my issues will be addressed.
Id also like to thank the General Manager Patrick Wells for going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and i can now put my mind at ease a bit.

We bought our first Chevy with Dana's help, a Camaro, and have gone back because of her to buy 2 more Chevy's, a Trax and Impala.

Although the car we made an appointment to see was not available once we arrived, they were helpful and patient as they answered all of our many questions over the 3+ hours we spent there on a Saturday night... maybe even an hour after closing (wow). We weren't easy customers- Buying our first car was a BIG deal for us, especially with a bun in the oven. I really believe they went out of their way to get us into the car we wanted for a price we could agree upon. I would recommend this dealership.
