Ryan pulled a rabbit out of his hat for me. He helped get me out of a gas guzzler and into a beautiful new Chevy Cruze. Didn't think it would be possible but he stayed late and made it happen! Highly Recommend Castle and especially Ryan!

I originally went to Castle Chevrolet looking for a used car but came home with a brand new 2013 vehicle! I was greeted a by salesperson named Rosanna Marsico. She was kind, patient,efficient, and down to earth. I explained to her what it was I was looking for and wasn't pressured into making a purchase. It was a friendly atmosphere and it really felt like they wanted my business. The finance team was very professional and worked extremely hard to help me go home that night with a new car! They made my car buying experience a pleasant one! I was very pleased! I would highly recommend Castle Chevrolet in Villa Park, IL to my family and friends.

I looked up good dealer ships, and found a car that I really liked online! I was able to online chat with Alex who did a great job, and I was able set up an appointment for me to come in. Once I walked in I got service right away Alex came out and greeted me while Alex introduced me to Ryan Sitter. Ryan was very realxed and laid back he got me the keys to test drive the target car (it was a great ride as Ryan said they do a 51 point inspection if its not up to par they wont sell it at the dealer ship as Ryan said they had a reputaion to up hold). Once back to the dealship we sat down, and discussed everything. I told him what I had and that was about it. I will be honest I am a college student and I pay for all my classes on my own so didnt have alot to offer. Ryan was able to work with my amount which from my stand point he went way down on the price where I truely believe they werent making much money off of. All said and done if your tired of dealing with dealerships that are high pressure and to stubborn they don't want to work with you it might be time to head down to Castle Chevrolet I did and it was totally worth my 1 hr drive make sure to ask for Ryan Sitter here is his concact number 815-209-5200. We shopped around for a new Equinox and we were very happy with our decision to go to Castle Chevrolet! Ryan Sitter was a pleasure to work with. He explained all of the features and was patient with our questions. We got a great deal on the car, plus the extras like free oil change and car washes make a difference. I have been a customer of Castle Chevrolet for the past 3 years. I bought a GMC Denali Envoy 2006 which was somewhat of a lemon. The experience started with the car needing a new battery right away, then it was burning oil and the service department worked well with me over the past two to three years with parts, and pricing - excellent service. Recently, I had to get new brakes on the car which was costly, and a week later the water pump broke ($940.00 repair) OUCH Yesterday I went in to get a regular oil change and Dana spoke to me about their Vehicle Exchange program. When I said I was interested, I worked with Ryan Sitter who was a pleasure to work with - I drove out with a 2012 Traverse! My old car was an '06 with 113,000 miles - the new car has only 4, 655 miles on it. The vehicle exchange experience was excellent! The people in the service department work with you and care about your person, not only your car. I highly recommend Castle Chevrolet in Villa Park.

Jim went above and beyond to cover a warranty item on my 2008 Saturn Outlook. He reassured me everything would be taken care of and provided me with a loaner vehicle for a week. The service we received was exceptional and Jim was always professional and met my needs and concerns. We got our car back and it looked exactly the way we gave it to them (clean)!

Ryan was a wonderful sales person to deal with. He answered all of my questions and was never pushy. He helped me walk through everything in my new car and helped set up my on-star and radio. I would highly recommend him and Castle.
