My Review of Castle Toyota:
I'm so glad I found this dealership the employee that I met both in sales and in the service department were so freindly and helpful. I searched around at several area dealerships online as well as our newspapers and autotrader. I went to several dealership that had the vehicle I was looking to buy. I can say after my search was complete and we went to all these dealerships. I'm so glad I went to Castle Toyota I save $450.00 on the same year make and modle from what other dealers offered. I heard about the dealership when listening to 105.7 FM. and started my research. I just wanted to say thank you to Mr Howard Castleman for taking the time to say hello. Great job to all and I be having my service proformed with your dealership.

I highly recommend this dealership!

My Review of Castle Toyota:
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

Avoid this place at all costs if you don't want to be yelled at for wanting to shop around for the best price.

When I asked through my sales associate if his boss would consider going down $100-250 on the price, I and every customer in the store could hear the general manager/owner exclaim in a whining tone how it was ridiculous I personally was ripping him off, loud enough to hear from the opposite side of the room.

Afterwards, when he walked by, he snapped at the sales staff I was working with to, "sit up in your chair."

I blame myself for not leaving then, and quickly.

Because this would get much worse.

This general manager/owner hunted us down in the parking lot as we were about to leave. I thought he came to bargain with me, but instead, in the presence of one of his associates and several employees from the used car division, he proceeded to personally accuse me of stealing a thousand dollars from him, lectured me on what $1000 meant, and demanded to know what I did as a profession.

I asked him again if he would be willing to consider meeting me in the middle, after which he totally lost it.

Knowing that I was interested in buying at Castle because of its close proximity to our home, he threatened me by saying, "if you don't take my final offer, I will personally see to it that you will be denied maintenance service here."

After I asked him why he was making it so personal, he countered, "because I'm the owner and I can tell you to leave."

Whereupon, I quietly said goodbye, and we drove directly to Antwerpen 25 miles away, and bought a new Toyota for about $180 less than I was willing to pay at Castle.

I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. I will drive 50 miles to maintain my car elsewhere so that not a dollar from my wallet will go into this owner's pocket.

I feel awful for any employee that works under this man.

THE CONSULTANT I DEALTH WITH IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A CO-WORKER WHO ALSO SPOKE VERY HIGHLY OF HIM. MR AKINOLA IS THE BEST SALES PROFESSIONAL I'VE EVER COME ACROSS IN MY OVER 40 YEARS OF BUYING VEHICLES. HE WAS SINCERE, HONEST AND VERY ACCOMODATING. I HAVE REFERRED NUMEROUS PEOPLE TO HIM. HE IS A VERY GOOD EXAMPLE OF A TRUE BLESSING AT A TOYOTA DEALERSHIP.

TRY HIM AND YOU WILL NOT REGRET. HE ALWAYS GO FAR AND BEYOND FOR ALL HIS CLIENTS.

My Review of Castle Toyota:
I saw their ad of a used car on a couple of popular internet used car websites(not their own website). I printed out the ad with price on it. After I tested the car, I showed them the printout. They say they do not know anything about it and want to conform with a director. Later they called me saying they will honor the price they advertise. When I went there again and was ready to buy it. They included nearly 1,000 dollars hidden charges besides the normal tax, tag and processing fee charges. In other words, they just want to lure customer with a lower advertising price and later do not want to sell at that price. Let me tell you, the price they advertise on a couple of internet used car websites is not a typo. It is a little over a thousand dollars less than their listing price on their own website. For a 20,000 dollar used car, this is normal. What is not normal is that they do not want to honor the price they advertised and wasted a lot of my precious time. They did not even say sorry to me. It does not matter at what price the dealer want to sell the cars. What matters is whether they sell you at the price they advertise. I cannot trust such a dealer anymore. My friends and I will probably buy a toyota in the future. I will not recommend my friends to go to the Castle Toyota. Neither will I.
So my advice is to shop around. Do not just go to the nearest. If you go to 5 or 6 or even more dealers, you will find a relatively better dealership and better experience.
