My Review of Centennial GMC:
I bought a new GMC Sierra. When I took the truck home I relaized I didnt have the wire for the traliering package. I called my salesman and customer service a few times and they said to stop in to pick them up. I stopped in 3 times, and every time they told me to come back on another day.

I also needed to have a bedliner installed. I came at my scheduled time on a Ssaturday morning. After 4 hours of waiting, they tell me they have the wrong liner in stock!

Lots of excuses and apologies, but nothing worthwhile (free oil change, other compensation, etc).

Do not use this dealership!
