Fred was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, it took the service department three times to fix an electrical problem with my e500. Car was out of commission for nearly a month.

My Review of Centennial Imports Inc:
Refused to warranty a faulty crankshaft pulley (even after admitting that it is a chronic problem for Mercedes Benz) on my 38,000 mile C280. Later I found out that certain chrysler cars (that use this same part) have a recall for this problem. I feel this rejection may have been racially motivated. Avoid this dealer!!

My Review of Centennial Imports Inc:
Car was two weeks past the time left on warranty with under the mileage limit at 46,000 miles. Dash of my 1999 E55 AMG had multiple cracks in it but they refused to replace the dash under warranty. The dash was cracked way before I brought it in but I forgot when my warranty expired. Dealership refused to replace under warranty and wanted to charge me $1.500.
