Brought vehicle in for blowing hot air with a/c on. Was told had a bad temperature control actuator and dash would have to be removed for repair. Was given an estimate of almost $1000 for repair including 9 hours of labor. Brought to advisors attention that Mitchell labor guide only called for .8 hour and dash did not need removed. Advisor persisted in her lie. I took this to another dealer who did the repair for $225 who did not need to remove the dash. This kind of dishonesty gives other dealerships a bad reputation.
